Lakas Bayanihan Multipurpose Cooperative (LBMPC) collects your personal data (name, contact details, ID information, employment/service details, financial information, demographic information, and other personal data) solely to process your membership application, evaluate eligibility, record share capital, and administer cooperative services (credit, time deposit, multipurpose goods/services, and whatever legal purpose). Your data is kept confidential and will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as required by the Cooperative Development Authority, other government agencies, or with your consent. It is stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary or as required by law. Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you have the right to be informed, to access, to correct, and to object to the processing of your data. By submitting this application, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes stated above.
